200 grams assorted lettuce greens, washed, pat-dried and cut into serving pieces
1 cup strawberries, trimmed and halved
100 grams PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON, chopped and fried
1/2 cup almond slices, toasted
1/2 cup corn oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup strawberry puree


1.      Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until well-blended.

2.      Toss salad greens in dressing. Top with strawberries, bacon and almonds.


Makes 1-2 servings.
