Stuffed Burger Sliders
|3||pc||MONTEREY MONTE BURGER PATTIES|
|1||pc||MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, boiled and sliced into 3|
|3||pc||slider buns or mini hamburger buns, split|
|1 (120 g)||pack||MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE|
|iodized fine salt and pepper to taste|
|1/2||cup||cooked and chopped PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON|
- In a bowl, crumble patties and make 3 small patties with a sliced egg inside. Pan-fry patty in hot oil until cooked, about 2 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Place on one side of the bun lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber. Top with cooked patty. Drizzle cheese and cover with other half of bun. Set aside.
Mix sour cream, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add broccoli and bacon bits. Mix well. Transfer to a plate together with the slider sandwich. Serve.
