200 grams MONTEREY BEEF SIRLOIN, lightly pounded
iodized fine salt, pepper and paprika to taste
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL for pan-frying
3 pc roti bread, toasted
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup peeled and sliced mangoes
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
1/2 cup store-bought sesame dressing


  1. Season both sides of the beef with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Pan-fry beef in hot oil. Chop beef into small pieces.
  3. Divide beef into 3 pieces of roti bread. Top with tomatoes, mangoes and cucumber slices. Drizzle with sesame dressing and roll roti bread then secure with toothpick. Serve.

 Makes 3 servings.
