2 cups broccoli florets, blanched*
1/2 cup carrots, sliced into rounds then blanched*
2 cups cooked spiral pasta
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS COOKED HAM, cut into strips
1 cup sliced green bell peppers
1 cup sliced red bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced red onions
1/2 cup store-bought creamy Italian salad dressing
*blanch- to cook in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes then plunge in iced water immediately


  1. In a large bowl, combine vegetables with pasta, ham, bell peppers and onions. Toss with dressing.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
