Kung Pao Chicken Rice

|2||cloves||garlic, thinly sliced|
|1||tsp||chili garlic sauce|
|1||tbsp||cornstarch, dissolved in|
|2||tbsps||nuts (peanut or cashew nuts)|
|1||tbsp||spring onions, chopped|
Heat oil in a saucepan and saute garlic. Add in cider vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and chili garlic sauce. Mix well. Add in PUREFOODS© SEXY CHIX™ HAINANESE STYL E. Let simmer over medium heat until flavors blend. Add in cornstarch slurry and continue to cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in nuts. Top over cooked rice and garnish with some spring onions.
