Quickmelt Cheese Casserole
|1/4||cup||MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER|
|1/4||cup||MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR|
|2||cups||MAGNOLIA PUREFRESH NATURAL COW'S MILK|
|1||cup||grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE|
|1||pc||large cauliflower, trimmed and broken into pieces, blanched and drained|
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Whisk in flour and milk. Let simmer.
- Turn off heat then stir in half of cheese.
- Transfer cauliflower into an oven proof dish. Pour milk mixture over cauliflower. Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake casserole for 15-20 mins until bubbling.
