Ingredients

2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 cup Galapong
1 1/2 cup Sugar
2 tbsp BAKER'S BEST BAKING POWDER
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup BAKER'S BEST MARGARINE, melted
2 cups Pandan Water
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, cut into strips
melted BAKER'S BEST MARGARINE for brushing

Procedure

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients (except cheese) and mix until smooth and blend well. Pour mixture into well-greased puto molds. Steam for about 15 minutes. Garnish with a strip of cheese then brush with melted Baker's Best Margarine.

To make pandan juice:
Boil 8 pieces of pandan leaves in 2 cups water. Let cool before using.
