Ingredients

1?4 cup MAGNOLIA BUTTERCUP
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pc onion, chopped
4 pc chopped MONTEREY LONGANIZA ALAMINOS
1-1?2 cups tomato sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 sprig basil, chopped
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
200 grams spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
grated Parmesan cheese

Procedure

1.   In a saucepan, melt margarine then sauté garlic and onions. Add longanisa and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.

2.      Add tomato sauce and tomato paste. Mix well. Add basil then season with salt and pepper. Let simmer then remove from heat

3.      Pour over cooked pasta. Top with cheese. Serve.

 

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
