Ingredients

200 gms Spaghetti
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA BUTTERCUP
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 pc Onion, chopped
4 pcs Chopped MONTEREY LONGANIZA
1 1/2 cups Fresh tomato sauce
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 sprig Fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated parmesan cheese

Procedure

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Set aside.

In a saucepan, melt Buttercup then sauté garlic and onions. Add longaniza and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste. Mix well. Add basil then season with salt and pepper. Let simmer once, remove from heat and pour on cooked pasta. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
