Just can't get enough of the classics? Then serve this French Onion Soup and let your taste buds bath in comfort.

Ingredients

14 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
6 pcs Onions, sliced thinly
6 cup Beef broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Brandy
14 cup Parsley, chopped
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, softened
34 cup MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
French bread, sliced

Procedure

Melt butter in a saucepan. Sauté onions in butter, stirring occasionally until onions are tender and golden. Add broth and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season soup with salt and pepper. Add brandy and parsley.

To prepare cheese:
Toast bread slices. Set aside. In a bowl, mix together butter and grated cheese until blended. Spread generously over toasted bread.

To serve soup:

Put 1 to 2 cheese toasts on soup bowl and add hot soup. Serve while hot.
