Ingredients

2 pcs Buko, reserve juice and scoop buko meat
1 kilo MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION, adobo cut
2 pc Large potatoes, quartered
12 cup Tomato, sliced
12 cup Onion, sliced
34 cup Kamias, sliced
5 pcs Peppercorns
Salt & pepper to taste

Procedure

Place buko juice in a stock pot. Add chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, kamias, peppercorn and buko meat. Season with salt and pepper. Boil then simmer until chicken is cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
